CAS NO : EC NO : MF : MW : Product description : Product Name: Silicone Surfactant for Leather Finishing Item No.: SilibaseLE-3017C Overview of Characteristics: ● Suitable for water-borne and polar solvent systems ● SilibaseLE-3017C Silicone Surfactant for Leather Finishing is an ultra-high molecular weight organosilicon dispersion, which can be dispersed into resins such as polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic acid and solvents, including water and DMF. ● When SilibaseLE-3017C Silicone Surfactant for Leather Finishing is applied to the top coating, the friction coefficient of the surface can be effectively reduced and the wear resistance of the coating can be improved. ● When SilibaseLE-3017C Silicone Surfactant for Leather Finishing is applied to artificial leather or coating, it can be used as a sliding agent to improve the hand feel of the surface and have a smooth effect. ● Because SilibaseLE-3017C Silicone Surfactant for Leather Finishing has good compatibility with resin formulation systems, it will not spill over the surface or contaminate the processing drum. Miscibility: SilibaseLE-3017C Silicone Surfactant for Leather Finishing can be dispersed in most polyether and polyester polyurethane and epoxy and polyester resins. (It is generally dispersed in solvents such as DMF and water) Mixed: The solid content of SilibaseLE-3017C Silicone Surfactant for Leather Finishing is pre-diluted to 40-60%, then further diluted to the desired concentration and then added to the resin system, or further diluted when applied.
