Descriptions????????? ?????Polyurea is a coating reacted by isocyanate component (referred to as Part A) and amide component (the R component). Spray Polyurea Elastomer (referred SPUA) is a new solvent-free, pollution-free green construction technology developed to meet environmental requirements abroad in the recent two decades. The two components spray polyurea must be performed with special imported equipment which worth 200 thousand CNY and operators requires special technology skills. In order to facility the performance, solve the practical problems for the customers, SWD Urethane Co., USA developed one component hand brushable thick film polyurea which can brush or roller application. After applied in America, it has been successfully used in the fields of building roof waterproof anticorrosion project, large concrete pool waterproof anticorrosion project and underground work waterproof anticorrosion project, etc.

Characteristics?????????? ?Applied with unique formula, through scientific process, the coating cured by absorption and reaction with air moisture, with high adhesive strength on the substrate. With large amount of urea bond, biuret bond, urethane bond and hydrogen bond, the coating has excellent mechanical performance and anticorrosion performance. Compared with two components polyurea coating, one component polyurea has higher performances of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, water and wet resistance, temperature variation and chemical resistance. One component product is easy to use, without special polyurea spray equipment, can brush, roller, spray.
