Descriptions                In the case of global oil resources increasingly being scarce, all the countries worldwide are reserving crude oil ahead. The international universal crude oil reserve is designed for metal container tank. In order to protect the internal and external metal surface of the oil tank and reducing the corrosion rate of metal surfaces and expanding its life, in general the oil tank wall is coated with a layer of anti-corrosion coating. Internal coating not only prevents steel oil tanks corrosion, extend the clean cycle operation, saving labor work, costs and time, but also reduce the metal material catalyzed on oil. Therefore, the oil storage tank anticorrosion internal coating has been gained more extensive attention by the national petroleum industry.

Characteristics              Petrochemical crude oil storage tank special internal and external heavy duty anticorrosion coating was developed by SWD Urethane co., USA in the 1980s. With excellent adhesive strength and mechanical physical properties on metal substrate, high anticorrosion and temperature variation on kinds of medium, such as acid, alkali, salt, oil, water and solvent, etc., it has been widely used in American petroleum, petrochemicals and power industry and turned into the preferred durability superior tank anticorrosion products of the international oil reserve.
