Descriptions               Applied with the world advanced dual double-membrane water treatment   process, the power plant treats desalination water goes through ultrafiltration, one and two level reverse osmosis, changed it into refined water (desalination) by mixed bed process then used it in the power plant boilers which requires desalination storage tank has good anticorrosion performance. Currently, many power plants apply two components polyurea to protecting the desalination tanks from anticorrosion. To facilitate the construction SWD Urethane Co., USA developed one component polyurea special power plant desalination tank anticorrosion coating. This coating wins great effects after applied in many power plants in America.

Characteristics              Applied With unique formula and goes through scientific process, the coating cured by absorption and reaction with air moisture, with high adhesive strength on the substrate. Except large amount of urea bond, biuret bond, coating has urethane bond and hydrogen bond, which greatly enhanced its mechanical performance and anticorrosion performance. Compared with two components polyurea coating, one component polyurea power plant desalination tank anticorrosion coating has higher performances of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, water and wet resistance, temperature variation and chemical resistance. One component product is easy to use, can brush, roller and spray without special polyurea spray equipment.
