Descriptions? ???????????????As the constant expansion of cities scale around the globe, the handling capacity of urban garbage also keeps increasing. Refuse landfill as the main method to deal with that, has widely applied among countries and regions. Therefore, landfill projects in bulk are under construction. In order to solve the environment pollution problems caused by leakage landfill, SWD Urethane Co., USA developed one component polyurea hand brushable coating material special used for landfills. The performance technique is to dig a big hollow hole on the ground, and set a geotextile around the hole including the bottom, then spray polyurea elastomer coating on it. The coating will permeate into the geotextile and cohere with it, forming a seamless penetrate resistance layer. After the filling of garbage, set another geotextile in the same way, spray polyurea again to cover the garbage, just like a huge bag. Characteristics? ???????????Applied with unique formulas, the coating is cured by absorption and reaction with air moisture. It has high adhesive strength with substrate, dense, tough, no bubbles and no pinholes. There are large amount of biuret bond, ammonia ester bond and hydrogen bond to make it excellent in properties of mechanical physical resistance, penetrate resistance and anticorrosion. In addition, it has outstanding comprehensive chemical media resistance abilities such as acid, alkali, salt, oil, wet resistances and temperature variation. One component product is easy to coat, brush, roll or spray no special need for professional spray equipment. It’s also environment protection, without pollution during or after performance.
