Descriptions                    This primer is special designed for the continuous production enterprises of petrochemical and power generation for application with rusty surface on the non-stop production state. The production equipment, storage tanks, process piping will be severely corrosion for drip and leakage during the production process. It is very difficult to maintain and repair in the production state. In order to solve this issue and control corrosion, extend metal's life, SWD Urethane Co., USA developed petrochemical industrial with rust anticorrosion primer which able to be painted under production with non-stop process. It is the best primer able to treat the surface with rust on the production system keep in working state in the 20^th century. It successfully solution the security problems of derust operation and primer quality control of anticorrosion performance. It has been widely used in the petrochemical enterprises in America.

                                                                                

Characteristics             The primer takes the high performance polyurea polyuretane resin as main material. Film of coating is dense, tough, with comprehensive anticorrosion properties of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance and various chemical media resistance. In general, it compatible well with the original coatings without blasting and grinding to fresh the metal surface, easy to use and with high adhesive strength. The primer with delay corrosion actions is able to turn the original rust into useful component and then slower the corrosion process growth. It guarantees the anticorrosion processes on the safe and courteous, clean and environment friendly conditions.
