Descriptions                The corrosion damage in industry fields is more serious, since applied of common anticorrosion coating, most enterprises do the anticorrosion maintenance once a year or even more frequently. Without anticorrosion re-painting maintenance, the corrosion of various facilities will be too serious and no able to keep the production safe. Base on this situation, SWD Urethane Co., USA researched and developed one component industry anticorrosion protective coating. This coating has high anticorrosion performance, easy to use and one painting is available for more than a decade and very popular in the Europe and America markets.

Characteristics              Coating is cured by absorption and reaction with air moisture, it contains large amount of urea bond, biuret bond and urethane bond, hydrogen bond formed inside of the high molecule. The film coating is dense, tough, with high flexibility and impact strength, stable chemical resistance, high performances of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, oil resistance, water resistance and various chemical resistances. Can be painted on the surface of metal, concrete, wood, etc. with high adhesive strength, impact resistance, wear resistance and temperature variation, it has no benzene solvent, no catalyst, no pollution, easy to perform and gained “green star” certification.
