Descriptions              The corrosion of industry building reinforced concrete material has two types: First is corrosion directly damage the concrete self due to lack of durability, second is that corrosive acid medium penetrated inside to stimulate steel structure then caused the steel bar surface lost passivation then be active for corrosion. When the concrete was invaded by acid gases or other substances to lower its surface alkalinity, the steel material turns from passive state into activated state and starts to corrode. The acid gas such as carbon dioxide gradually penetrates along the concrete cracks or pores from external to internal and takes place neutralization reaction with the calcium hydroxide in concrete known as carbonation. In order to effectively suppress chemical plant wall corrosion, avoid accidents and extend its work life, SWD Urethane Co., USA developed industry building wall anticorrosion waterproof coating since 1980s and it has been widely used in American market.

Characteristics            SWD one component moisture cure polyurea/ polyurethane coating is simply performance, no environmental pollution. With high density, flexible, high adhesive strength, formed film coating bonds with substrate without seams, able to effectively prevent variety of corrosive gases and moisture to penetrate the wall and then damage the wall internal structure. Inside of the formed coating film contains large amount of carbamate bonds, biuret bond and urea bond. The hydrogen bond is specially existed to make high molecules cohesive force. It caused coating possessed super strong properties of anticorrosion, wear resistance, temperature variation, aging resistance and chemicals resistance etc. and provide long-term effective protection for wall.
