Cooling water  circulation will damage the equipment by producing fouling, stain, abrasion, corrosion, algae growing, etc. Traditional epoxy coating is difficult to form effective anticorrosion protection on cooling water system equipment, so many devices should be replaced after used for a period time (such as the fertilizer plant cold drains needs to be updated after used for every 2 years). The one component anticorrosion coating developed by SWD Urethane Co., USA is a good solution to this issue, it will extend the life of cooling water system equipment for more than 5-10 yeas.

Characteristics              The main coating composition is the high performance polyurea polyurethane resign, film of coating is smooth and satiation, dense hard, except the excellent comprehensive anticorrosion performances of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, various chemical media resistance, it can also restrain the algae growth and has a good effect of water resistance, stain resistance and wear resistance. Coating able to be constructed in the low temperature, high humidity circumstances, providing a convenient condition of anticorrosion application in different area and seasons.
