The corrosion environment in desulfurization unit is a very serious and will be corrosion damaged very quick without effective protection measures. It will not only affect the quality of production and may lead to security accidents. To solve this issue, SWD Urethane Co., USA developed special anticorrosion coating which has high performances of stable in corrosive chemical media H2S and ammonia and etc. in temperature of 180℃.

Characteristics          SWD industry desulfurization unit internal wall special anticorrosion coating is an environment friendly high-tech product developed by SWD Urethane Co., USA in 1980s. This coating takes the environment friendly MDI system polyurethane resin as main film forming elements, curing by absorption and reaction with air moisture. The role of hydrogen bonds and the presence of urea bonds make it to be excellent in properties of acid resistance, alkali resistance, sulfide resistance, oil and water resistance and heat stable. Coatings have high adhesive strength with substrate, good performances of impact strength and wear resistance can withstand the high-speed erosion of gas-liquid materials, creating an effective protection for the desulfurization unit.
