Descriptions              The industrial floor is very easy to be corroded by acids, alkalis, ammonia, salt, oil and other various chemicals in using. It requires frequently water washing, in addition, vehicles press over, equipment and tools collision will cause damage to the floor. Common epoxy floor system will be damaged and produce shell off in this environment and repair is different, then it couldn’t work longer. SWD one component polyurea industrial floor anticorrosion waterproof coating produced by SWD Urethane Co., USA, takes high performance one component polyurea/ polyurethane prepolymer resin as main forming materials. Inside of the high molecule structure of formed film contains carbamate bonds, urea bonds and hydrogen bonds. It performs high anticorrosion properties even not cause any damage even if 50% of concentrated sulfuric acid dripped onto the coating surface. The coating is dense, tough, flexible, and resistant of crack, impact, pressure, wear and waterproof. It has good adhesive strength with substrate base, the bond strength up to 4Mpa.
