Descriptions                Polyurea spray elastomer performance requires cooperating with special primer. The two main functions of primer are, firstly, it can seal air and moisture of the substrate surface, solid the residual particles for foundation reinforcement, avoid bubbles and pinholes generation of the polyurea coating surface. Second, it also increases the adhesive strength between polyurea coating and primer. The one component polyurea special primer developed by SWD Urethane Co., USA is a green and environment friendly product which has high penetration of substrate, high performance of close property, easy to use. It has been successfully applied in many major polyurea projects such as Olympic stadium, the China Railway High-speed, sea water desalination in Australia, etc.

Characteristics               This primer is one component product and easy to perform. With its high penetration properties, it can deep penetrate into the porous surface of the substrate, fix micro defects, and integrate with the substrate together. The film of primer is dense, tough, with high plugging resistance, high performances of anticorrosion, temperature variation, water resistance, without peeling off after long-term immersion in water. With high bonding strength it can significantly increase the adhesive strength of the polyurea coating.
