Descriptions                The ship deck is exposed to suffer except the ocean atmospheric corrosion, wind, rain and splashed spray it also needs to suffer the wear and tear by people walking, cargo handling. Applied with unique formula, one component ship deck special coating is developed by SWD Urethane Co., USA. It combines anticorrosion, wear resistance, slip resistance performances together which forms a comprehensive, long-term protection for the deck.

Characteristics             This coating applies high performance one component polyurea/ polyurethane resign, curing by absorption and reaction with air moisture. The formed film of coating contains large amount of urea bond and urethane bond, hydrogen bond forms inside of the high molecules. Coating is dense, tough and flexible, with high performances of wear resistance, slip resistance and impact resistance. With high adhesive strength, stable chemical resistance performance it has remarkable effect of anticorrosion, water immersion and aging resistance.
