Descriptions               The ship stays in a humid environment for a long term. If the hull protective coating is not airtight enough the water molecules will penetrate into the body metal surface easily, rust and also electrochemical corrosion will be generated then cause to great damages. The ships special anticorrosion protective intermediate coating developed by SWD Urethane Co., USA is very dense, has high plugging performance and penetration resistance to bring the ship long-term protective effect.

Characteristics               The coating takes the high quality one component polyurethane resin as main film forming material with large amount of urethane bond, hydrogen bonds formed in the high molecules, it can maintain good impact resistance performance for a long time. With excellent performance of anticorrosion, wear resistance, water resistance and weather resistance, it has high adhesive strength and plugging performance for iron oxide red, zinc rich and other kinds of primers. It can be cooperate with varieties of top coatings, such as polyurethane, epoxy, chlorinated rubber alkyd and phenolic.
