Descriptions               Shipbuilding is a very complex engineering system. As one of the three major shipbuilding technical procedures, ship painting process run through the entire shipbuilding process from the steel processing to ship delivery. Different parts of the ship require different anticorrosion requirements. So a variety of primers or top coatings should be reasonably matched to ensure high anticorrosion functions. The ship iron oxide red special anticorrosion protective primer developed by SWD Urethane Co., USA is complementary co-work with epoxy, chlorinated rubber, alkyd, phenolic and other coatings. It is current used in ship coating projects, greatly conveniences construction process, widely used in the Americas.

                                                                                

Characteristics             This primer product through special precision formulation and scientific process takes one component polyurea polyurethane resin and high quality red iron oxide as main materials. It is dense, tough, with high plugging performance and penetrate resistance, excellent performances of water resistance, wet resistance, oil resistance and anticorrosion, high adhesive strength with metal substrate, bond well with the following coating film. One component product is easy to use, can be working in simple surface treatment substrates.
